Important

I just found a standard size envelope with the word (in all caps) “IMPORTANT” scrawled on the front.

It’s not the envelope that is important, but its contents. This is how it always is. The envelope is not what is important, nor what is being delivered. It is instead the means of delivery and its markings generally indicate where they should be delivered.

In this case, the markings say where something should not be delivered.
